Please read these terms carefully before using Swap-Up.

1. Use of the App

You may use Swap-Up only if you are an employee or manager of an organisation using the app, provide accurate information, and follow workplace rules. Accounts misusing the app may be suspended.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, not sharing your account, reporting suspicious activity, and ensuring GPS accuracy during check-in/out. Misuse may result in account action.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to falsify attendance, fake GPS location, interfere with system operations, misuse swap/leave features, send abusive messages, or attempt to hack the system.

4. Attendance & Location Verification

Swap-Up uses GPS to validate your check-ins. Fake GPS apps are prohibited, and the system may reject out-of-zone check-ins.

5. Workplace Data

The app manages shift schedules, attendance logs, overtime, leave, and swap approvals. All data belongs to your employer.

6. Manager & HR Access

Managers and HR may access attendance, shift records, overtime, swap history, and leave details for operational purposes.

7. Premium Features

Some features, such as analytics or performance insights, may require premium plans. Your organisation determines feature access.

8. Termination

Your employer may suspend your account if you leave the company or misuse the app. You may request account deletion.

9. Limitations

Swap-Up is not responsible for GPS issues, device problems, network failures, or incorrect shift data entered by managers.

10. Changes to the App

Features may be added or changed without notice.

11. Legal Compliance

You agree to follow employment laws, data protection laws, and workplace rules.
